Always hiring. Mediocre pay and benefits.

Cons

Refusal to adequately staff facilities means LOTS of 72-hour weeks, which combined with low pay and mediocre benefits, means high turnover. Training has become almost non-existent, but that will be your fault. Upper management too concerned with getting rich to adequately manage facilities.

Lower managers are liars. You will loose you job for there benefit. They have no knowledge of what workers are doing and how they are performing job. I busted my tail for 6.5 years and got let go 4 no certain reason. I'm 63 now and still looking for job since I was let go. Never been at company that is so cutthroat. They think employees have no other life. You must be at their control when they need you for overtime.
