We do have an internal bid process that allows Team Members to bid into new positions as early as their second day at work! By internally bidding into other positions, you are able to increase your salary and change your shift! There are cons at every job but this one is mainly pros. It is company owned and they are doing as much as they can giving back to the employees this is the best place I have worked. Average time off, training offered for the job. Job bids can help you see pay increases
