Everyone is treated equally, Corporate is involved, Great Safety Program, People are valued for their hard work and dedication, Great retirement plans with 401K and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. I've worked here for a little over 4 years and plan to retire from it.

I don't have anything for the cons, but people are different and have different opinions.
