Narrow minded management for an E.S.O.P organization. Not very team oriented, too bad.

Good pay, I have nothing else good to say about them.

Cons

They think you should be able to be the work of 2 people and expect you to be able to get it done fast. They constantly pressure and put you down if your not up to their standards even though you try your best.
