      -ESOP Company -Family Oriented -Flexible with Scheduling -We do a lot of Community Outreach as a company

      -Bonuses aren’t guaranteed (Branch has to make a profit in order to get a bonus)

      Pros

      Working for Pacific Steel has been full of opportunities and experiences. This was a field of work I had never considered until I landed here by chance! I am working side by side with some of the best people (and customers) in the world. We are an employee owned company which has tons of benefits on it's own, and we are regularly working to improve the communities we live in. I love having a regular work schedule with benefits and, one day, the ability to retire secured!

      Cons

      Like any job, there are slow seasons. Sometimes those can be a drag, but if you are able to stay motivated... it's only temporary. Being an ever changing field (price increases, tariffs, etc.) it is a constant learning curve.

      My experience at Pacific has far exceeded my wildest dreams. The ESOP retirement plan is an incredible opportunity to build wealth, and being 100% Employee-Owned fills me with pride and a profound sense of ownership. Every success I achieve directly contributes to Pacific’s success, and vice versa. The benefits are outstanding, the people are genuinely caring and engaged, and I feel truly valued. This company is also deeply passionate about the communities it serves. Let’s go, Pacific!
