      Super hot in the summer, but super cold in the winter!

      The pay is kept low, with the esop plan given as a reason. Esop is only good if you make management money.

      ESOP, if you can remain or live long enough to enjoy it.

      Cons

      Management, local and corporate could do better by listening to their employees, and treating them with respect and gratitude. You are disposable unless you are a manager. If someone doesn't like you, they will sabotage you until you are spent or fired. Be careful filling out any anonymous surveys. They will use it against you.
