Pros

Colleagues genuinely care about their work and about each other. The culture encourages balance, empathy, and collaboration across departments. Most managers are flexible and trust their teams to do good work without micromanaging. Benefits and time-off policies are solid, and work-life balance is better than average for the industry.

Cons

Frequent reorganizations create uncertainty and slow decision-making. Priorities can shift mid-project, leaving teams scrambling to realign. Strategic communication from leadership is often vague or delayed, which can make long-term planning difficult for project managers trying to deliver consistent outcomes.

Pros

Great leadership support and training. Quarterly bonuses of objectives are met and an additional annual bonus if objectives are met.

Cons

The pay is a little low and it isn't equitable in a lot of ways.
