Business Outlook
Pros
Started out as a cutting edge technology hub, Fantastic place for employees to perform and learn. If you had the drive, you could work your way up very well. Salaries were competitive per office location.
Cons
Management switched directions too often and did not take the company where it should have been given the expertise we had and acquisitions it had made. Employees were not always in the loop causing confusion. New management killed the PV culture and changed the direction yet again causing people to leave in droves.
