Pros

There is minimal work pressure Salaries are pretty decent

Cons

No innovation in the technology. Employees are always scared to get fired. Poor business strategies. If you have God fathers in the company you can feel safe.

Great staff, but Executive Management is disconnected

Pros

Great place to learn. A lot of autonomy and the ability to make your own decisions on how to get the job done.

Cons

Title heavy company. A lot of Sr. mgr or Director titles without any direct reports. Executive management is disconnected from what is actually being done or not getting done.

Pros

PacketVideo has great benefits, a great work culture, and works with very interesting technologies. If you are proactive and want to take on more responsibility, you can definitely do so.

Cons

The senior management could be more open with employees about things happening at PacketVideo. The products are very interesting, but management should focus more on monetizing them.
