This job was one of my best experiences in my professional career. All of my managers were great and very personable.

Cons

With contract you never know how long you will be employed.

Pros

Since it is a outsourcing company, various projects are available depends on which clients it is serving. If you are lucky then you may have a better career path.

Cons

Because it is a outsourcing company, so its culture is not as good as other product company like apply/google. It's budget is always limited and sr. management would never like to spend money on employees. So the firm can't keep talent people for long.
