      Pros

      None, used to be a "Good enough" place to work, but now with the loss of benefits and such, it's become a stagnant pool of festering resentment.

      Cons

      Everything, from the shifts, to the pay to the conditions of work. NONE of it is worth what they are handing out.

      Managers were nice people. There was always a respectful working environment.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are pretty shallow for an IT company.

As a fast growing organization an employee's experience can many times be directly correlated to their direct management team and immediate work environment. We review our compensation and benefits programs each year to ensure alignment and make adjustments as quickly as possible to stay competitive.

      Rate was fairly negotiable in my favor.

      Cons

      Company is based in Asia and all correspondence is in Chinese first, then Chenglish. Extremely difficult to know who to go to with issues.
