Pros

A good starting point for graduates as you got opportunities to learn various things. Flexible working hours

Cons

Company do not listen to personal needs. You don't have a say in what to do just got assigned to whatever they have got even it is irrelevant to your career path. Management is a mess they keep restructuring but getting worse while the only culture is about $$$ (which means no culture). The pay is ridiculously low and no career development

Pros

good places to start career when you move from overseas . they have only one client but very good strength in that company.Always a good team work and every one in the team work hard to bring the company up.
