10yThank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you work experience did not meet your expectations even though the work environment and flexibility seemed suit you well. As a rapidly growing organization, many times your experience can be more reflective of your immediate team and work environment rather than the company as a whole. I hope you used some of the internal channels available to you to express some of your concerns prior to leaving so HR and the leadership team are aware of your comments and had an opportunity to address the situation. It is always disappointing and costly to lose good, highly productive employees.
