Rate was fairly negotiable in my favor.

Cons

Company is based in Asia and all correspondence is in Chinese first, then Chenglish. Extremely difficult to know who to go to with issues.

Pros

Good people on team in office, for the most part. Good, helpful communication with HR. Always paid me either on time or a day before. Flexible hours.

Cons

Upper management doesn't communicate. Unable to contact superior unless emails are marked as important and sent multiple times. Wage is ridiculously low. No room for advancement. Other departments unwilling to cooperate.

simple office environment could get to know some of the big companies' business for Pactera does outsourced jobs for the world's best companies

Cons

benefits and salary are not good employees don't feel a sense of belonging the supervisor compared employees to workers on the factory assembling line
