      Sponsor H1B visa. Good account manager... very helpful

      Cons

      HR is kind of sucks. Not so good and hard to communicate. However, some HRs has quitted her job. So maybe easy now. :)

      No overtime Friendly staff Job is easy and simple, expectations clear

      Not a lot of firm culture or interaction between different groups Upper management sees transcribing staff as easily dispensable and treat them as such Expected to work full-steam each day, performing repetitive tasks Little to no career progression in this role

      Pros

      Got to play around with some very cool technology.

      Cons

      Low pay, no career progress, no training provided, treat staff like usable commodities, short sighted. Part of a big global company but the Australian arm feels like its operating on its own. Stay away if you can.
