      Pros

      Fair salary and benefits. International feel and potential for working with great clients. Great people to work with and good exposure to technical problems. Fairly relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Multiple mergers over the last few years have definitely impacted culture. Too many management changes have caused a great deal of uncertainty across the organization. If you are busy on a project, the uncertainties do not impact you, but otherwise, collaboration across the firm does not exist.
