      - good team atmosphere - opportunities to learn new things if you apply yourself - benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      - need more opportunities to talk with my manager.

      Pros

      I work as a developer and I had a personal issue where I had to bring my child to work. I couldn't find a babysitter so I was so happy that everyone was supportive. I was still able to be productive because I knew my child was safe with me. I like working here because my managers and coworkers are very supportive.

      Cons

      My projects change due to the nature of consulting so I have to be flexible on what projects I get, but overall, it's not too bad.
