      Pros

      Very good work life balance. So you can easily make your private time for family. And Colleagues Are very friendly.

      Cons

      It is ok if you just need to work. Otherwise this is not a good choice. This is not a career. There's so many Chinese and that makes us hard to make some communication with them.

      Pactera Malaysia is a great place for anyone to crave to acquire different domain knowledge and project exposures in asia pacific countries. It is a self-drive culture. To succeed is to be able to face all challenges and hurdles. Colleagues are fun, co-operative and I enjoyed working with the team. There is some recent improvements on benefits.

      The level of transparency and ambiguous strategy where disparate strategies are housed in their own silos.
