      There is nothing at all that is a pro in this company. There is nothing in this company to be proud of.

      Political management No meritocracy No career No Reward No TOIL (Working 80 hrs a week with no breaks) Brought communist china "values" to the west (e.g no respect for individual, no integrity, corruption)

      Interesting opportunities if you are keen and hard working

      Pros

      Majority of staff are fun, friendly and approachable. The Wollongong office is a great space. As a consulting firm there is space to move around if you make your voice heard. The plan for the future is strong with interesting prospects. Management team is very supportive and approachable. Get out what you put in - the opportunity for growth is there if you want it but it won't be handed to you.

      Cons

      Parking not provided onsite but can be purchased personally. Don't be dazzled by the recruitment phase - sometimes the initial work can be oversold. During my time there was lots of organisation change, this should have settled down and become more stable. Sometimes can be very numbers driven. Not really a con - but the roles are in the outsourcing sphere, so you should be fluid as role/clients will and do change.
