      Secretive about salary, no yearly bonus, late in sending or giving out paycheck, etc

      If you are assigned to a good project, then you have more chance to learn. Big Company protects you well.

      It is project depended. You may experience a lot of OT.

      Pros

      Good team members (at least for mine), willing to help each other. Supervisors are willing to go the extra mile to help the members when the workload tend to get more and more. People are willing to share their knowledge and expertise, just need to ask.

      Cons

      When there's tons of projects, manpower may be lacking. May end up doing 2-3 people's job which affects the quality of work. A lot of temporary staff who come in and go very frequently and there is no official training academy, hence, train and retraining of staff is a constant challenge
