If you have a even little ambition and common sense, there's ample opportunity to make an impact and to climb.

Cons

Pay isn't great, turnover is high, inexperienced employees result in a limited talent pool, bureaucracy can get in the way of getting work done, and overly ambitious claims of being able to deliver abound.
