      Pros

      Great way to get your foot in the door and gain experience. Exposure to Microsoft technologies without actually working for Microsoft.

      Cons

      Low compensation. No rewards or bonuses. Little visibility or recognition.

      Pros

      Good team-bonding with great efficiency. Initial career growth great for a fresh graduate or anyone who has IT background but lack the industry focus

      Cons

      Unattractive yearly salary increment and bonus package - sometimes zero due to lack of performance (as claimed by the management who rarely conducts regular visits to the project team based onsite).

      Pros

      Easy to get a job from them. They even hired someone who never went to the University and obviously lack of project management experience as a Project Manager.. So if you don't have a degree but still want to work as a "consultant" or even a "senior consultant"? go ahead. You can reach the senior level within 2 years!

      low pay no support from management no career development path
