With contract you never know how long you will be employed.

Run by Chinese. Good for new comer to US since Pactera can provide H1B and you can transfer from China to US.

Cons

Salary is pretty low due to the fact of providing you H1B. But if you get prepared, you can have better salary if you find a new job.
