Grab people by giving sweetener first and rid people after use.

Cons

Take advantage of talented IT professional to secure client works for its own benefit. kicking out people immediately after utilisation. No training, no career development provided. Treating people as working machine. A very bad company in my 20+ years' IT career. Please learn a lesson from my experience and avoid this sort of company.
