Good starting salary, opportunity to work on overseas projects. Leave replacement if work on weekends. Medical,optical and dental benefit.

Cons

Managers make their own rules. Long hours but no OT claims, just meal allowance.

I've had the opportunity to work in Pactera and my experience was excellent. They allow you to work relaxed, Project managers and assistants are great and amazing relationship with co-workers. I had no troubles at any time and salary is fine. The company gives the opportunity to develop your skills and promote the position.

Cons

Sometimes projects are confusing and unclear
