      Pros

      Everyone (yes, everyone) that works at PadSplit is driven, kind and supportive. Very collaborative and easy to work with other teams across the company. Fully remote, great work-life balance, and great benefits.

      Cons

      Employees from all over the world working in different time zones can make finishing projects difficult.

      Pros

      I've loved my time at PadSplit so far. It feels awesome to tackling such a massive problem with just a great and fun group of people.

      Cons

      I have loved the flexibility of working remotely, but I also wish I could get together with more of my teammates who are in other cities.
