      Great support from the head of HR

      Cons

      Very unethical practices as a company. I would not play by their rules therefore I was let go. Its a super bro culture and diversity of experiences are NOT high on their list as a company. They have no idea what they are doing as a company.

      High degree of independence and trust for employees Extreme flexibility in working environment (times, locations, etc.) Kind, humble, smart teammates Meaningful and impactful work Fast-moving, high growth startup

      Cons

      "Fast-moving" and "high degree of independence" means that you have to take the reins (not a lot of hand-holding). If you ask for help, you'll get it in spades, but don't expect tight, well-organized training or onboarding programs. Things change quickly, so you'll have to be flexible and able to adapt quickly.
