- Company is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist - Company understands work-life balance - Common objective to positively impact home care - Open communication and idea generation, smart and collaborative - Benefits include remote working - Technologically forward

Cons

Although no company is perfect it is a pleasure working with a growing company that seeks to impact the lives of older adults and those with a disability to remain in their homes and community. While Palco grows it is inevitable that processes, systems, tools, and people will change and it's important to remain vested in what's right rather than what's changing.
