      Pros

      Upper management is very friendly, hands-on and supportive. Fully-remote company with strong emphasis on work-life balance. Middle management is engaged and supportive of staff growth.

      Cons

      Pay is low to average. Retirement benefits are slim. Few paid holidays.

      Flexibility in your work schedule.

      Cons

      Unorganized, chaotic, dated practices, lack of foresight, extremely reactionary, leadership has no clue on how to iterate on applications, and there is no room for improvement. The blind leading the blind, simply put.

      Families have opportunities to pay staff higher for their individual with needs

      There’s almost always an issue with getting paid on time. Ends up getting paycheck late for weeks in a row or not at all for months and then all the sudden it happens again
