      Relaxed environment. Easy tasks. Self directed.

      Cons

      The companies within Palco, specifically Conduit and AuthentiCare are a mess. Conduit is the company who handles your paychecks... I cannot fit the amount of problems I have/had with them into this text box. There's too many.

      Upper management is very friendly, hands-on and supportive. Fully-remote company with strong emphasis on work-life balance. Middle management is engaged and supportive of staff growth.

      Cons

      Pay is low to average. Retirement benefits are slim. Few paid holidays.

      last year i was an employe of palco. i quit that job because i was in marketing and marketing was not my field and again start my study to become a professional. Now I'm studying civil engineering at leads Lahore university. i want to do job because of some financial issues.
