Thank you for providing your feedback. Helps us consider areas of improvements! We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed the people you worked with and the area! Sorry the pay isnt more, camp pay isnt way up there, but we provide free offsite housing, utilities and meals a lot of higher paying jobs do not! So we hope that helps, a few less things to worry about!

Cons

working literally 22.5 hours a day, discriminatory policies around gender identity and expression, pay far below minimum wage, little support throughout the day unless you are having a full on breakdown, no work/life balance during the week.

Seems a bit too difficult to get rid of terrible employees that create a hostile environment and bring everyone else down, reducing productivity.

Thank you for your review! Happy that you are enjoying your time with the company! It isnt always easy to navigate employee issues and terminations. We want to give them reasonable opportunity to improve and set clear expectations. We also want to make sure we are handling whatever the situation maybe appropriately. A lot of responsibity on supervisors to ensure they are doing this consistently no matter the outcome! We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate the input.
