Great community. Everyone is always willing to go on an adventure during time off. The classes are fun, and overall it is more fun than it is work. well paid for a seasonal camp esque job.

Cons

There are long hours and you occasionally work weekends.

- you get to meet new people -make super cool memories -food is sometimes good -opportunity for advancement is nice but depends a lot on social dynamics

Cons

-long hours -low pay - favoritism in management - really bad bed bug issue that they don’t take seriously - if you’re looking for a place to meet new people it can be cool but this place sucks the life out of you “All roads lead back to Pali”
