Pros

I met some life-long friends here and the shared community was unlike any other. Working here also gives you the perfect platform to hone a lot of skills such as public speaking, teamwork, patience, and grit. There's also opportunities for advancement in leadership positions.

Cons

There is really no such thing as a work-life balance. Oftentimes, I was too tired to do anything when I had time off. Also, without a car, it's tough to do the things that you want to do off of the mountain (which is about a 45 minute drive). To add on, the hours were all over the place and we were often overworked due to a short staff.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great company and awesome culture

Cons

Hourly pay is a bit lower than I’d expect but still one of the better paying employers on the mountain
