Through our anonymous employee engagement survey, employees have highlighted our culture and people as the best parts of Palisade. It is unfortunate that you had a different experience than others at the company. The management team works very hard to incorporate all ideas from the team, and we have monthly meetings to ensure that all employees know what is going on in the company.
