Pros
Good salary and decent benefits. Work can be rewarding but don’t rock the boat.
Cons
Too much company politics. Don’t argue with anyone above your immediate manager, if you do you will be shown the door as soon as they can find a good excuse. Vacation time is supposedly “unlimited” which is code for only take 2 weeks off regardless of how long one has worked at the company.
