Pros
Reasonably pleasant work environment, relaxed atmosphere, as long as you turn up and do you job there is no issues. .Staff canteen . Overtime available . 25 days holiday plus public holidays which is more than what some other companies give.
Cons
Pay is very low for the industry convention, however with some overtime it's okay. But still should be higher. . Sometimes it's difficult to do your job, due the process issues or bad planning. For example the welding machines often break due to lack of maintenance. Bad management. Limited training and development opportunities.
