Pros
Lots of good people working there. Some very good resources available. Some of the technology is very good with good management running it. A good place for many people to start
Cons
Communication between upper management and the workforce could be much better. All too often unclear goals were set and then middle managers would unjustly lash out at subordinates. At times things were chaotic. One single Documentation system was being phased in, which is a critical thing, however it could be very frustrating to get even simple things done. Many workers had problems with the general disorganization of the place.
