      There are some great opportunities for people focused on results to shine. The company is moving towards a merit based system. The management team has set a solid vision for the future.

      Cons

      Company is going through some major change. Like any company going through change there are always challenges. Some of the decisions are unpopular. Morale has taken a bit of a hit and there's been some staffing changes at the executive level.
