Pros

The salary and benefits here is awesome, its just that the salary increase which was abit disappointing. Bonus is you get twice a year which is quite good. Other benefits are also amazing.

Cons

Salary increase is abit disappointing when we are in the process of migration and alot of work needs to be done at the moment, was hoping for more due ti workload increase.

Pros

Willing to "steal" talent from other underpaying MNCs by offering a higher salary. Career path is good, considering that there is a clear ladder which one can aspire to climb if one chooses to do so.

Cons

Very little flexibility, at least in my department. Only 2 days WFH fixed on Mon. and Fri. Some other departments have it better, e.g. come to office 2x in a month. Higher management (Danaher) is simply hyper-focused on profits and less so on overall customer experience, which drives some customers away., The ones who do stay are then less satisfied. Danaher has also abolished WFH for 2025 and beyond globally, meaning all associates at all sites have to go back on site. Backwards thinking at its best.
