Pros

Decent benefits and time off. Friendly co-workers for the most part. Typical manufacturing / office / lab culture. Work assignments varied and diverse.

Cons

Regular downsizing/layoffs hurting manufacturing support structure. No real promotions or advancement, mostly lateral moves and being asked to take on more responsibilities. Little management support or accountability for employees on assigned projects. Annual performance reviews with an average 1% salary increase discouraging. There is a fair amount of cronyism, especially in middle/upper management. At times frustrating and stressful environment. Bottom line: on time delivery numbers rule the day. Outlook suspect with latest acquisition by another company.

Benefits are good. The employees are great and some management are reasonable. Flexible work hour. Sometime management are understanding

Cons

80% of management and higher management are selfish and inconsiderate. Makes you work more well they enjoy there day or weekend. No appreciation for any employees
