      Pros

      Enjoyable workplace, focus on people development, mutual trust, opportunities to grow, great product: all this until the acquisitin by Danaher.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by Danaher, a big question mark: they seem to plan major changes in the processes, with less care for the people.

      Great performance, constant grow and sales every year

      Cons

      There is a huge lack of motivation among employees due to really low salaries compared with the average for same positions on other companies within NY State, low or non management attention to lower level employees, no room for grow and promotions impossible to achieve due company policy althoug they claim the opposite, all this leading to a high turn over rate
