A lot of family members work here. It's an okay out of high school job but not long term when doing 12 hr days.

Job security. The more you know the better off you are within the plant you work at.

Cons

The pay. One time a lady got a 1 cent raise! Starting off 12 hr shift in plant 2 is $11.00 per hour and if you go to night shift it's a .90 raise per hour.

Pros

Everyone had their own office and feedback was always considered by management in the building I was in. They had room for growth and benefits were decent.

Cons

New upper management that took it over was only concerned with stockholders and not employees. Cut our entire division and only offered a handful of employees jobs at the main office in New York. But, at least they gave us a month notice to find new positions.
