Pros

Autonomy when running/growing business. Company car.

Cons

No help from management. Revolving door for management. Change in pay structure...much less than when I hired on. Company is losing technical support for sales team.

Pros

We have unlimited PTO in the US for salaried associated. I was hired remotely and am working remotely, which is highly valuable.

Cons

Associates are being forced to return to the office 5 days a week, although many teams are distributed globally so there is no value in this change. This is resulting in a loss of talent due to people quitting instead of going back to the office/plant. Benefits are being reduced. Associates taking weight loss medication are being forced to use a virtual provider instead of their established providers, and the virtual provider is terrible. Fertility benefits are poor, although that's not a new issue. Some of the markets we serve are not desirable to me, such as oil and gas. We are supposed to be working on energy transition but still spend most of our time with traditional oil and gas and chemical companies who are polluting our environment. There are no career opportunities if you don't want to be onsite 5 days a week.
