Extremely challenging and fast paced environment which pushes you to get better. Flexible working. Great to learn form DHR tools. Data based culture.

Resource continuously strained, a lot of organisational change, experience and knowledge often shadowed by the process

I have only recently started at Pall, but so far so good. What I like most about Pall is the environment I work in. Everyone is very friendly and activities are regularly run to to build stronger employee engagement. Flexibility with working from home is also a great positive for me.
