Female staff paid 50% less than male staff, male dominated company, focused only on their own race and foreign employee left unnoticed and pushed around to doing all the task that the white staff does not want to perform. Mangers takes credit and not the person who work in achieving the goals required for the task. Management does not provide proper management to their staff. Lots of favouritism going on.
