Biggest con - any new starters have to work through an agency - these leeches will gouge you badly for the first 12 weeks - for example £2/hours less for this period. Some of the procedures are really archaic - for example manually writing lists of serial numbers - the rest of the developed world scans barcodes! The work is repetitive and boring in the extreme Having to stand at a machine for hours and hours and hours......... There is the possibility to move from production operator to more responsible jobs but only if you are in the clique - lots of favouritism in this place!!

must change some of middle management ,or will never have a happy workforce, junior management protected by upper and middle management , Need training in people skills , inexperienced junior management, some very spiteful which is the cause of the high staff turnover and sickness.
