      Pros

      Good access to an engineering plant with many different manufacturing and engineering processes. On the whole, willing to invest in technology. Options for internal training. Reasonable bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucratic processes that distract and detract from the core role of a manufacturing engineer. Understaffing that makes project work very difficult to allocate time to. Cliquey management, supported by a petty culture of reporting the most minor of missteps.
