Pros

You will learn a lot about the process or department you are working on. Good coworkers and team members. Good base pay, not so good pay increases.

Cons

Not much professional growth if you're not in the right group. Lack of development minded leadership, it's all about making sure the metrics are met, and beat people to the ground when they are not. Plenty of fire fighting and in fighting.

Absolute train wreck

Pros

Good pay, flexible time off, ability to move jobs between different Danaher operating companies

Cons

Management is all over the place, changing their minds every week, seriously painful growing pains since acquired by Danaher. Right now they are not paying out bonuses!! Retention is quite bad and expected to pick up slack of employees that leave. Scrutinized every time we purchase something on our corporate card.
