Great setup for the library branches, good structure.
Cons
Work experiences varies from branch to branch. Chance for promotions limited, and when a position did come up, 50/50 on them actually hiring in-house or getting somebody from outside. Depending on the branch, will find either a good management team or an unhappy one.
