Good Benefits, Consistent Work FLow

Pros

Lots of opportunity to create, I pay 30 a month for health insurance, and 15 a month for dental. Only 40 hours a week, and you don't take work home with you.

Cons

Low pay, promotions without a masters degree or a lot of experience and low pay range.

Pros

People are nice to work with, hours are reasonable, lots of opportunities to participate in different projects. The benefits are good.

Cons

Salaries are low for the cost of living in the area, the job descriptions and job duties performed are inconsistent. Job responsibilities for same job are inconsistent from branch to branch and salaries are not adjusted for the additional responsibilities. Interview process is panel and often panels are friends and rate to help someone hire who they like and not necessarily who has the most experience or better qualifications.
